Job summary

AEG Vision Marketing is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own Workfront, optimize marketing workflows, and coordinate cross-functional programs. You will manage project intake, reporting, and budget-related tasks, partnering with Finance/AP to support a $15M marketing budget.

The role emphasizes proactive process improvement, system adoption, and clear communication with leadership and field teams, while enabling scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations, project and program management, systems administration, or a related operational role.
• Hands-on system administrator experience with a project or project management platform (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Asana, Click Up, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Wrike, etc.)
• Experience enabling teams through systems adoption, training, documentation, or process improvement.
• Strong interest in owning and optimizing systems, workflows, and automation end-to-end.
• Advanced or highly proficient Excel skills, including maintaining trackers and reconciling data.
• Comfortable partnering cross-functionally and presenting clear, accurate reporting to leadership.
• Experience working with a help desk or ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, administration, and evolution of Adobe Workfront, ensuring it supports operations and growth.
• Lead transition from external consultants to internal Workfront ownership as SME.
• Design, configure, and improve workflows, templates, permissions, reporting, and automation.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve delivery.
• Understand Marketing and Call Center priorities to evaluate new requests.
• Improve project timelines for initiatives like doctor onboarding and practice integrations.
• Maintain awareness of systems and evolve the roadmap to meet needs.
• Stay current on platform capabilities via user groups and training.
• Work with Technology to deliver integration and optimization opportunities.
• Develop training materials and onboard new marketing associates as a resource.
• Establish feedback loops with stakeholders to evolve the system.
• Identify, build, and automate reporting for status visibility.
