Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Dallas is seeking a Managing Consultant, Marketing Strategy & Transformation to help clients redesign go-to-market models that are data-driven and growth-oriented. You will lead workstreams in large transformation programs and deliver smaller engagements end-to-end, collaborating with strategy, data, and technology teams to drive integrated marketing outcomes.

The role requires 8–15 years in consulting or related fields, strong AI literacy, and deep experience in marketing

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of relevant experience in consulting, digital services, or industry roles.
• Strong AI literacy and experience applying AI in transformation and marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading teams and delivering engagements end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery of marketing transformation engagements and support workstreams.
• Design and implement marketing operating models, governance, processes, and ways of working.
• Develop data-driven marketing strategies across segmentation, targeting, personalization, and lifecycle.
• Translate client challenges into analyses, insights, and recommendations with senior guidance.
• Support MarTech strategy and enablement (Salesforce, Adobe) and AI-enabled marketing use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality client deliverables.
