Job summary

Chase is seeking an ambitious Martech Operations and AI Enablement Lead to drive transformation across marketing platforms and operating models. You will balance channel execution excellence with technology-driven process improvements and AI-enabled capabilities.

The role requires working with Product, Technology, Data, and business teams to translate needs into scalable platform requirements, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes, ensuring robust governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field.
• Experience leading Martech operations or digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Martech platforms, CRM, data activation, and marketing automation.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into platform requirements.
• Experience driving process automation and measurement in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Martech operations transformation across Channel Execution and marketing tech.
• Operationalize technology capabilities with adoption plans and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Product/Technology to translate needs into platform requirements and roadmaps.
• Assess tools/workflows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Drive AI enablement to boost productivity and quality assurance.
• Lead cross-functional change management across multiple teams.
