Chase is seeking a Martech Operations and AI Enablement Lead to drive transformation across Marketing, Channel Execution, Data, Controls, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Product, and Technology partners. The role focuses on operating discipline, enablement, and measurable outcomes, while also operationalizing Martech platforms and AI capabilities to improve efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data/marketing or related field.
• Experience leading Martech operations, marketing tech projects, or AI enablement.
• Working knowledge of Martech tools including CRM, data activation, and automation (Adobe, Segment, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python).

Responsibilities

• Lead Martech operations transformation with focus on controls, delivery, and speed to market.
• Operationalize technology capabilities with use cases, routines, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Product and Technology to translate needs into platform requirements and backlogs.
• Assess tools, workflows, data handoffs, and processes for simplification and automation.
• Drive AI enablement opportunities to boost productivity and decision support.
• Lead cross-functional change management across Marketing, Data, Controls and Tech teams.
• Establish governance and performance metrics to monitor adoption and impact.
• Create executive updates on impact, risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Build scalable playbooks, docs, and readiness materials for Martech and AI capabilities.
