Job summary

Capgemini Invent, frog within Capgemini Invent, seeks a Managing Consultant in Marketing Strategy & Transformation to help clients redesign go-to-market models that are data-driven, technology-enabled, and built for growth.

You will lead workstreams within large transformation programs and independently deliver smaller engagements end-to-end, focusing on operating model design, activation, and execution. You will partner with strategy, data, and technology teams to deliver integrated outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong AI literacy and understanding of generative AI concepts for enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading marketing strategy and transformation initiatives in a consulting environment.
• Ability to manage teams, deliver end-to-end engagements, and communicate with executives.
• Familiarity with modern MarTech ecosystems and data-driven marketing.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery of marketing transformation engagements across workstreams.
• Design and implement marketing operating models, governance, processes, and ways of working.
• Develop data-driven marketing strategies: segmentation, targeting, personalization, lifecycle engagement.
• Translate client challenges into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Support MarTech initiatives (Salesforce, Adobe) and AI-enabled marketing use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
