Qualifications

• 8-15 years of relevant experience in consulting, digital services, or industry roles.
• Experience driving growth of marketing strategy & transformation initiatives, with deep customer engagement.
• Ability to lead workstreams and deliver engagements end-to-end, with stakeholder management.
• Strong expertise in marketing operating model design and implementation.
• Understanding of modern marketing ecosystems, including MarTech platforms and omnichannel campaigns.
• Bonus: hands-on AI-enabled marketing use cases and agile practices.
