Job summary

frog, part of Capgemini Invent, seeks a Senior Manager to drive marketing strategy and transformation for client engagements. You will design modern marketing organizations, lead data-driven initiatives, and collaborate with strategy, data, and technology teams to deliver integrated outcomes.

You will manage senior client relationships, guide cross-functional teams, and contribute to proposals and growth opportunities while advancing AI-enabled marketing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in consulting, digital services, or industry roles.
• Experience in marketing strategy, marketing transformation, or customer engagement—ideally within a consulting environment.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and deliver engagements independently, end-to-end.
• Strong expertise in marketing operating model design and implementation.
• Experience with MarTech platforms (Salesforce, Adobe) and data-driven personalization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of marketing transformation engagements, accountable for key workstreams.
• Design and implement marketing operating models including structure, governance, and processes.
• Develop data-driven marketing strategies spanning segmentation and lifecycle engagement.
• Translate client challenges into roadmaps and actionable recommendations.
• Support MarTech strategy and AI-enabled marketing use cases.
