Job summary

Capgemini Invent frog is seeking a Senior Consultant, Marketing Strategy & Transformation to help clients redesign how they go to market. You will lead marketing transformation workstreams, design operating models, and deliver end-to-end engagements across strategy, data, and technology.

Collaboration with AI-enabled marketing and MarTech (Salesforce, Adobe) is central to projects. You will guide teams, foster cross‑functional partnerships, and deliver measurable business impact while growing

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of relevant consulting, digital services, or industry experience.
• Experience in marketing strategy, transformation, or customer engagement.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and deliver engagements end-to-end.
• Strong expertise in marketing operating model design and implementation.
• Understanding of MarTech platforms and omnichannel engagement.
• Experience collaborating across strategy, data, and technology teams.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to marketing transformation engagements by supporting workstreams and components.
• Design and implement marketing operating models including org structure and governance.
• Develop data-driven marketing strategies across segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle engagement.
• Translate client challenges into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Support MarTech strategy and AI-enabled marketing use cases with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with client teams and deliver high‑quality proposals and presentations.
