Job summary

Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is hiring a Marketing Technology Specialist to support agents and branches across Southeast offices, focusing on onboarding, training, and technology adoption to improve branch operations.

The role partners with the Sales Manager to drive effective marketing campaigns and tool usage, coordinating outreach, and maintaining training records in Salesforce. Strong communication and organization are essential in this fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

Associate degree or 2–4 years of branch operations or real estate experience preferred.
Clear, concise written and spoken communication with all levels.
Strong organization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM familiarity desirable.

Responsibilities

Proactively onboard newly hired agents and introduce technology tools.
Schedule, promote, and train groups and individuals on marketing tech and campaigns.
Coordinate outreach with the Branch Leader and align with office needs.
Meet weekly with Branch Leader to review activity and training plans.
Monitor and respond to helpdesk inquiries related to tools and systems.
Log training activities in Salesforce Time Log Entries.
Monitor branch application usage dashboards and adoption metrics.
