Job summary

Howard Hanna Real Estate Services seeks a Manager of Education to drive training across the Pennsylvania market and the Howard Hanna Global footprint. The role leads in-person and online training, onboarding for new agents, and ongoing development for sales managers and staff.

The successful candidate will design materials, collaborate with managers and leadership, and align programs with Howard Hanna’s goals and values. Occasional travel to regional locations is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult training development and delivery.
• Experience in social media content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Articulate and adaptable.
• Proficient in MS Office and Canva or similar presentation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, content development, oversight and classroom in-person Fast Start and 20-Hour Post-Licensing training cycles.
• Oversee state-approved continuing education classes at corporate offices and regional locations.
• Create hands-on opportunities to improve agents’ use of Howard Hanna’s marketing-technology tools.
• Engage agents at all levels in improving sales skills: consultative, closing, handling objections.
• Integrate marketing technology tools and sales skills for impact in listings and buyer presentations.
• Travel to regional locations across Pennsylvania and to other Howard Hanna offices as needed.
• Admin tasks using the company’s learning management system.
