Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is hiring a Marketing Technology Specialist to support agents and branches across Southeast offices, focusing on onboarding, training, and technology adoption to improve branch operations.

The role partners with the Sales Manager to drive effective marketing campaigns and tool usage, coordinating outreach, and maintaining training records in Salesforce. Strong communication and organization are essential in this fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2–4 years of branch operations or real estate experience preferred.
• Clear, concise written and spoken communication with all levels.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM familiarity desirable.

Responsibilities

• Proactively onboard newly hired agents and introduce technology tools.
• Schedule, promote, and train groups and individuals on marketing tech and campaigns.
• Coordinate outreach with the Branch Leader and align with office needs.
• Meet weekly with Branch Leader to review activity and training plans.
• Monitor and respond to helpdesk inquiries related to tools and systems.
• Log training activities in Salesforce Time Log Entries.
• Monitor branch application usage dashboards and adoption metrics.

Title: Marketing Technology Specialist

Location: Various offices in our Southeast Region

Summary

The Marketing Technology Coordinator works closely with the Sales Manager to focus on certain agent and branch functions in order to provide necessary support to the agents and branch to create a more effective and efficient branch operation.

Essential Job Functions

• Proactively reach out to newly hired agents to introduce yourself, set up a first meet, and onboard technology
• Schedule, promote, and train both groups and one‑on‑one on Howard Hanna Success Systems for marketing & technology with the goal of increasing adoption across branches
• Schedule, promote, and train both groups and one‑on‑one on Howard Hanna marketing campaigns to promote the brand, including but not limited to
• Coordinate agent outreach with the Branch Leader
• Meet weekly with Branch Leader(s) to review agent activity, training schedule, and office needs
• Monitor and respond to assigned helpdesk inquiries
• Log training activities in Salesforce Time Log Entries
• Monitor branch application usage dashboards

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 – 4 years of branch operations or real estate experience preferred
• Proven ability to work well with a varied group of individuals while maintaining a positive and professional manner
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner with all levels of management, agents, and staff both in person and in writing
• High organization skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to adjust direction when situation warrants
• Work independently without regular direct supervision
• Ability to multi‑task and organize such that tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner
• Ability to present and demonstrate one‑on‑one or in a group environment in a manner that promotes the effectiveness of our tools to the Real Estate business
• Knowledge of social media platforms, Customer Relationship Management, and willingness to learn and master Howard Hanna Success System of products
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite
