Job summary

Howard Hanna is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to support agents and branches across the Southeast region. The role focuses on onboarding, training, and adoption of Howard Hanna Success Systems and marketing campaigns to strengthen the brand and drive efficiency.

You will onboard new agents, schedule trainings, monitor usage dashboards, and coordinate with Branch Leaders while delivering clear, professional communication. Strong Microsoft 365 and CRM experience are valued.

Qualifications

Experience in branch operations or real estate admin is preferred.
Ability to onboard and train agents on technology and campaigns.
Strong communication and organizational skills for coordinating with Branch Leaders.

Responsibilities

Proactively onboard newly hired agents and set up initial tech meetings.
Schedule and train groups and individuals on Howard Hanna Success Systems for marketing and technology.
Schedule and train on Howard Hanna marketing campaigns to enhance brand adoption.
Monitor branch usage dashboards and respond to helpdesk inquiries.
Coordinate outreach with Branch Leader and review activity weekly.
Log training activities in Salesforce Time Log Entries.
