Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Marketing Systems and Automation Manager to own the marketing operations engine, governance, and automation. You will lead intake, campaign operations, and lead flow while partnering with Engineering and Digital Marketing to automate processes.

You will shape the MarTech architecture, define data governance, and ensure global consistency with local flexibility. This role requires 8+ years in marketing operations and strong CRM/MA integration experience.

Qualifications

8+ years running marketing operations in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record delivering automation and orchestration that reduces manual work.
Deep knowledge of data governance, lifecycle, lead scoring, and multi-touch attribution.
Experience operating enterprise marketing tech stacks (B2B) and integrating CRM/MA tools.
Fluency with Marketo and Salesforce integrations and data flows.

Responsibilities

Run the marketing operations engine: manage intake, campaigns, lead flow, and provisioning.
Own governance and the systems standard: data taxonomy, naming, patterns, and access.
Own lead lifecycle, scoring, attribution, and change control as a single source of truth.
Define and govern architecture direction for the MarTech stack and data layer.
Partner with Engineering, IT, BI, and Procurement to align on roadmap and budgets.
Drive automation that reduces manual effort while maintaining operational discipline.
