Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Marketing Strategy and Operations Lead to act as the strategic right hand to the Chief Marketing Officer. You will design and own the operating system that enables a global marketing function to move with speed, alignment, and accountability.

You will manage planning cadences, OKRs, and budget with cross-functional partners, guiding AI-enabled transformation and ensuring strong executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, GTM operations, or marketing leadership.
• AI-native operator with ability to apply AI tools to workflows.
• Understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions and metrics.
• Strong financial acumen: budgets, forecasts, headcount.
• Executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the marketing operating system for speed and alignment.
• Lead annual/quarterly planning, OKR discipline, and exec-level reporting.
• Own marketing budget, headcount planning, and investment tradeoffs.
• Drive AI-enabled operating changes and cross-functional alignment.
• Build relationships across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Ops, Product and Finance.
