Are you a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for customer and shopper marketing? We're hiring a Marketing Specialist to support our client's brand in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This fully remote contract opportunity is perfect for someone who excels in marketing execution, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement-without the focus on traditional brand marketing.



Pay Rate: $37.50 - $38.50/hr.

Remote position - Can work anywhere in the U.S.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Partner with sales teams to drive marketing and promotional strategies across Mass, Club, and Automotive channels

  • Lead and participate in customer planning meetings, tradeshows, and training sessions

  • Assist with marketing plans, develop customer collateral (flyers, etc.), and manage budgets for trade programs

  • Deliver insightful reports and presentations to guide customer-facing initiatives

  • Travel up to 10% (potentially just one trip during the assignment)



Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in retail or shopper marketing

  • Strong skills in project management, communication, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Self-starter with a high degree of accountability and the ability to make independent decisions

  • Comfortable working within a matrixed organization



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Exposure to both retail customer marketing and brand marketing

  • Familiarity with the Home Professional business
