Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Marketing Support Specialist to organize and maintain marketing materials, assist pre-qualification efforts, and help produce proposals and presentations for pursuits. The role builds foundational skills in pursuit development, marketing systems, and research within the architecture, engineering, and infrastructure sector.

You will gain experience in marketing operations, systems administration and reporting while supporting staff with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Strong MS Office and ability to summarize information.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and maintains marketing materials and data used by marketing staff for proposals and presentations.
• Leads prequalification efforts and supports qualification/proposal development.
• Assists in the proposal close-out process.
• Administers marketing systems and reports to ensure information accuracy.
• Generates reports on pre-contract status, leads and sales analytics as needed.
• Supports surveys, data entry, award submittals and other tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
