Servpro of Glendora/San Dimas is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to drive business development with property managers, insurance agents, and commercial clients. The role emphasizes relationship-building, meeting sales targets, and effective communication.

You will conduct in-person visits, presentations, and networking at local events, trade shows, and CE classes, while maintaining CRM records and reporting to management. Experience in restoration or related fields is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years marketing coordination experience or related role.
• Proven ability to build and maintain B2B relationships with property managers and insurance professionals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with property management companies and insurance professionals.
• Educate prospective clients on SERVPRO’s restoration and cleaning services and rapid response.
• Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups to build long-term partnerships.
• Attend networking events, CE classes, trade shows, and local meetings to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
• Maintain records of client interactions and pipeline activity using CRM/marketing software.
• Provide territory updates, sales reporting, and revenue forecasts to management.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals in the assigned territory.
• Social media management.
