Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, marketing operations, campaign management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong organizational, project planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success coordinating diverse stakeholders and navigating competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives across the Consumer Tax business.
• Partner with GTM Strategy and marketing leaders to develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and launch requirements.
• Align cross-functional teams around priorities, objectives, dependencies, and key campaign milestones.
• Coordinate work across marketing, creative, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams to drive seamless execution.
• Facilitate project meetings and working sessions to maintain momentum, accountability, and stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor initiative progress, identify risks and blockers, and proactively drive resolution.
• Manage project documentation, campaign timelines, and execution plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure campaigns and initiatives launch on time, within budget, and in support of business objectives.
• Provide regular status updates, reporting, recommendations, and budget visibility to marketing leadership.
