Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Product Management, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs and translating strategy into execution.
• Working knowledge of modern product practices, including discovery, experimentation, product analytics, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
• Experience with portfolio management, prioritization, dependency management, and product operating rhythms.
• Experience enabling AI-supported workflows and responsible AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Operations leadership to drive operating model improvements and adoption of new ways of working.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and coordinate cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Operationalize and improve product practices, tools, processes, and operating rhythms.
• Lead change and adoption through communications, training, enablement resources, and success measures.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and decision-ready materials tracking objectives, progress, and risks.
