Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Project Manager – Marketing Operations in Plano, TX to oversee launch schedules, manage PDP digital assets, and liaise between HQ and IM teams. The role requires coordinating trackers, asset tagging, and cross-functional communication.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing operations, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with DAM systems and PDP workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, operations, or other relevant field.
• 5-7 years of experience required.
• Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing operations, or project/program coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple trackers/timelines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the launch work-back schedule for PDP toolkit assets.
• Author and manage trackers for asset status, timing, and ownership.
• Flag timeline risks and propose mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Coordinate asset tagging, status, and access in DAM system.
• Manage day-to-day operations such as invoicing and asset management.
