Formación

• Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing operations, or project/program coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple trackers and timelines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with both internal teams and external/HQ partners.
• Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and PDP or eCommerce content workflows.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Launch timing & work-back schedule management for PDP toolkit assets.
• Create and maintain three trackers as cross-functional source of truth for asset status, timing, and ownership.
• Proactively flag timeline risks or bottlenecks to stakeholders and recommend mitigation plans.
• Keep trackers updated in real time as launch dates, asset scope, or priorities shift.
• DAM: manage intake, organization, and version control of PDP assets created by HQ.
