Staffmark Group in Plano, TX seeks a Creative Marketing Manager for a on-site contract role. You will lead end-to-end creative development for the Digital Appliances category, manage agency relationships, and partner with Demand Gen Digital & E-com teams to optimize the consumer journey and drive conversions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Marketing and 4–5 years of brand/product marketing experience with proven cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
4-5 years of brand and product marketing experience with cross-functional impact.
Proven experience managing creative agency relationships and timelines.
Strong UX understanding and on-site shopper journey.
Experience coordinating asset workflows across digital and retail channels.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end creative development for assigned Digital Appliances categories, including briefs, agency workflows, timelines and internal reviews.
Own the consumer website experience in collaboration with Demand Gen Digital & E-com teams to sharpen value propositions and drive conversions.
Coordinate across CRM, Paid, Social, and Retail Ops to ensure consistent messaging and experiences from first touch to purchase.
Lead creative concepts and oversee asset execution with external agencies across all owned channels.
Drive cross-line-of-business promotions, translate results into executive-ready presentations.
Identify process improvements in digital workflows to scale team efficiency.
Track KPIs and inform next rounds of creative and promotional decisions.
