Job summary

Orchid Security is seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations lead to own the marketing tech stack, data, and processes. You will be the sole owner of campaigns infrastructure, lead lifecycle, and analytics, reporting to the VP Marketing, and collaborating with demand gen and sales.

You will optimize HubSpot end-to-end, manage the HubSpot-Salesforce integration, and build scalable processes to drive pipeline in a lean, fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing operations, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on HubSpot expertise with complex workflows.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge and CRM integration experience.
• Data-driven with dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking.
• Self-directed and proactive with cross-team collaboration.
• Experience managing multiple tools and integrations (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize HubSpot end-to-end: workflows, automation, scoring, segmentation, lists, and reporting.
• Manage HubSpot-Salesforce integration for clean lead handoff and lifecycle stages.
• Build and maintain campaign infrastructure: landing pages, forms, UTM tracking, emails, nurtures.
• Own the marketing data layer: lead hygiene, attribution, funnel reporting, and dashboards.
• Evaluate and manage the broader martech stack and integrations.
• Collaborate with demand gen and sales on campaigns and lead routing.
• Document processes and create operating playbooks as we scale.
