Job summary

Mercor in Dallas is building high-fidelity simulated marketing work environments to test AI agents and decision making. You will design workflows, routing rules, and the reporting framework that reveals how well teams operate under pressure.

You will collaborate with product, data, and operations to define task briefs, assemble required documents and dashboards, and review AI attempts against clear criteria.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience in marketing operations — you have built routing rules, workflows and reporting yourself.
• Fluent with a CRM such as Salesforce, a marketing automation platform, and a project tracker.
• Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments or simulated case studies is strongly preferred.
• Clear written reasoning — the value is in explaining why a decision is right.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from your marketing operations work and specify the testing objectives.
• Specify required documents, dashboards, personas and tool states for realistic tasks.
• Write or review reference answers and criteria that separate strong responses from plausible ones.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your own standards.
