Job summary

Mercor is seeking a hands-on Field Marketing strategist to help design and pressure-test simulated work environments used to evaluate AI agents in marketing contexts. You will craft briefs, artifacts, and decision criteria that reflect real-world field marketing and events.

You will specify the required documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states, write reference answers, and judge AI attempts against a clear standard.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience in field marketing or events.
• Comfortable using Salesforce CRM and project trackers like Asana or Linear.
• Experience building AI training environments, RL environments or simulated case studies is preferred.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification is preferred.
• Clear written reasoning is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from real field marketing or events work, including what is tested.
• Specify the documents, dashboards, personas and tool states needed.
• Write or review reference answers and the evaluation criteria.
• Review AI agent attempts against your standards.
