Qualifications

• Clear written reasoning to justify decisions and conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs that test the planted issues and decision quality.
• Specify required documents, dashboards, personas and tool states for realistic tasks.
• Write or review reference answers and evaluation criteria for strong vs. weak responses.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against defined standards.
