Mercor in New York builds high-fidelity simulated work environments to evaluate and improve AI agents in real marketing work. You will help design and pressure-test Brand Marketing environments: the briefs, the artifacts, the judgment calls a strong practitioner would make, and the errors a weaker one would miss.

You will design tasks, specify required documents and dashboards, write reference answers with criteria, and review AI attempts, judging performance against a strict standard.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience in brand marketing and ownership of positioning, brand tracking and brand investment decisions.
• Ability to read brand tracking studies and share-of-voice data; familiarity with Google Analytics 4 is a plus.
• Experience building AI training environments, RL environments or simulated case studies is strongly preferred.
• Certification such as Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred.
• Clear written reasoning: explain why a decision is right.

Responsabilités

• Design task briefs drawn from real brand marketing work, including the tested issue and the correct decision.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas and tool states required for a realistic task.
• Write or review the reference answer and the criteria that separate a strong response from a plausible but wrong one.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your standard.
