Job summary

Mercor is building high-fidelity simulated work environments to evaluate AI agents in real marketing work. You will design and pressure-test Field Marketing environments, including briefs, artifacts, and the decision criteria that separate strong responses from plausible ones.

The role focuses on hands-on field marketing or events, CRM (Salesforce), and project tracking (Asana or Linear). Experience building AI training environments and clear written reasoning are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field marketing or events experience.
• Familiar with Salesforce and project trackers (Asana or Linear).
• Experience building AI training environments or simulated case studies preferred.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification preferred.
• Ability to clearly justify decisions in written form.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs from real field marketing work, identifying what is being tested.
• Specify required documents, dashboards, personas and tool states.
• Write or review the reference answer and the criteria that separate strong responses from plausible ones.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your own standard.
