Job summary

Mercor is building high-fidelity simulated marketing environments to evaluate and improve AI agents on real marketing work. You will design briefs, specify required documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states that mimic real campaigns and decisions.

We seek hands-on marketing analytics practitioners fluent in Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, Salesforce, and ad-platform reporting, with a track record of creating clear written reasoning and AI training or RL scenarios.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience in marketing analytics.
• Fluent with GA4, Amplitude, Salesforce, and ad platform reporting.
• Experience building AI training environments or simulated case studies is preferred.
• Clear written reasoning and ability to explain decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from real marketing analytics work and specify the tests and decisions to evaluate.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas and tool states required for tasks.
• Write or review reference answers and criteria to distinguish strong responses.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge against established standards.
