Job summary

Mercor is building high-fidelity simulated work environments to evaluate and improve AI agents on real marketing work. You will help design the briefs, artifacts, the judgment calls, and the errors a weaker practitioner would miss.

Tasks span diagnosing, prioritizing, planning, QA, triage, and multi-tool orchestration across marketing and sales stacks. Applicants should have hands-on marketing operations experience with CRM, marketing automation, and project trackers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in marketing operations and workflow design.
• Fluent with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation.
• Experience building AI training environments or RL scenarios preferred.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification preferred.
• Clear written reasoning and ability to explain decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from real marketing operations experience.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas and tool states required.
• Write or review reference answers and evaluation criteria.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge against standards.
