Job summary

Mercor in San Francisco is building high-fidelity simulated brand marketing environments to evaluate AI agents on real marketing tasks. You will design briefs, specify required artifacts, and define criteria that separate strong responses from plausible ones.

You will also review AI agent attempts and judge them against your standards, ensuring robust evaluation across channels and tools. We’re seeking hands-on brand marketers with experience in brand tracking, GA4, and a passion for explaining

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner in brand marketing with ownership of positioning, brand tracking and brand investment decisions.
• Comfortable reading brand tracking studies, share-of-voice data and GA4.
• Experience building AI training environments, RL environments or simulated case studies is strongly preferred.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification is strongly preferred.
• Clear written reasoning — explain why a decision is right.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from real-brand marketing work, including what is being tested.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas and tool states needed for the task.
• Write or review reference answers and the criteria that separate strong responses from plausible ones.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your standard.
