Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Marketing Operations Material Review in the U.S. Commercial MRP to coordinate reviews of advertising, promotional, training and labeling materials.

You will lead cross-functional teams (Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, Legal, Compliance), manage agencies, oversee timelines, train staff on MRP, and ensure timely final sign-off in Veeva PromoMats.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project Management.
• Some understanding of Veeva or review systems.
• Experience with print and digital materials.
• English language proficiency; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate review processes for promotional and non-promotional materials through the MRP.
• Perform Final Sign-off on material submissions in Veeva.
• Validate metadata and review tier alignment; update reviewers as needed.
• Ensure back-end approvals prior to Regulatory submission.
• Oversee distribution release and inventory coordination for approved materials.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and manage project timelines.
