Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead cross-functional promotional review (PRC) processes for approved drugs and/or devices. You will partner with Marketing, Compliance, and Regulatory teams to ensure timely, compliant submissions and drive efficiency through SOP-compliant practices.

The role involves owning PRC meetings, managing review workflows, and leading special projects to optimize materials management for assigned brands, while ensuring FDA guidance alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising environment.
• Familiarity with Veeva promotional review systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations for pharmaceutical advertising and promotion.
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
