Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive cross-functional promotional review (PRC) for drug and device advertising.

You will coordinate meetings, manage review data, and ensure compliant, timely submissions in collaboration with Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance teams. You will lead initiatives to optimize processes, develop SOPs, and oversee multiple brands, aligning with brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising.
• Familiarity with promotional review systems such as Veeva.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT).
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations for pharmaceutical advertising.
• Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Experience with editing is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional promotional review (PRC) meetings and agendas.
• Manage review process for assigned brand(s) and related SOPs.
• Ensure reviews align with FDA guidance and company policies.
• Interface with Editorial, Production and Regulatory teams to execute submissions.
• Lead special projects to improve efficiency of promotional review and materials management.
