Job summary

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Manager to lead Promotional Material Management within US Marketing Operations. You will oversee CRB operations, drive MLR improvements, and manage Veeva PromoMats enhancement initiatives.

You will mentor Coordinators, optimize cross-brand review processes, and partner with Content Supply Chain to ensure timely, compliant promotional materials. Strong collaboration and change leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech Marketing Operations, MLR or Content Operations.
• Hands-on with Veeva Vault PromoMats and product launches.
• Experience driving workflow optimization and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Coordinators (1–3 direct reports) supporting day-to-day CRB operations and drive process improvements.
• Optimize the MLR/CRB model across brands for efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
• Manage Veeva PromoMats enhancement projects from design to rollout.
• Coordinate with Content Supply Chain to align content readiness and review requirements.
• Identify and close process gaps with cross-functional partners to improve efficiency and quality.
• Align capacity with brand priorities and volume forecasts.
• Track MLR operational metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
• Maintain SOP updates and ensure compliance remediation as needed.
• Participate in QBRs and support vendor contracting activities.
