Amazon is seeking a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to bridge AWS Marketing Strategy, Operations, and Enablement with senior leaders. You will manage annual planning, budgeting, headcount, and enablement, driving execution excellence through cross-team coordination and data-driven insights.

This role influences policy, programs, and processes to boost ROI and productivity. You will produce executive-ready reporting, support, and materials while collaborating with AWS Marketing, Sales

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
• Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AWS Marketing Strategy, Operations, and Enablement to align on planning and budgeting.
• Provide structured collaboration mechanisms across AWS Marketing and partner teams.
• Translate marketing strategy into clear narratives and measurement frameworks for leaders and stakeholders.
• Deliver performance reporting and insights across geo, channel, or segment levels.
