Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to unite AWS Marketing strategy, operations, and enablement.

You will lead annual planning, budget and headcount management, and executive reporting, driving disciplined execution and ROI across initiatives. This role requires coordinating diverse teams and delivering data-driven insights to senior leaders. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, establish governance rhythms, and develop policies and processes

Qualifications

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience is required.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership.
Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with AWS Marketing Strategy, Operations, and Enablement to align on planning, budget, headcount, and governance.
Establish structured collaboration mechanisms with teams such as AWS Marketing, AWS Sales Operations, AWS Sales, and AWS MSOE to ensure seamless information flow.
Translate global marketing strategy into clear narratives and measurement frameworks for marketing leaders and other stakeholders.
Deliver performance reporting and insights at multiple levels (geo, channel, segment) in various formats.
