Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Mountain View seeks a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to bridge strategy, operations and enablement.

You will own annual planning, budgets, headcount, and governance, while driving execution excellence and ROI through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven insights. You will influence marketing programs by shaping measurement, reporting, and policy development, partnering with senior leaders to optimize outcomes and productivity across the AWS Marketing

Qualifications

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership.
Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services.

Responsibilities

Partner with AWS Marketing Strategy, Operations, and Enablement to plan annual programs and budgets.
Orchestrate cross-team collaboration to deliver requests and programs on time.
Develop policies, programs, training, and processes to improve productivity and ROI.
Deliver performance reporting and insights to Marketing Leaders, including pipeline trends.
