Amazon in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to bridge AWS Marketing Strategy, Operations, and Enablement. You will own annual planning, budget and headcount management, and drive rhythms of the business through cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders.

This data-driven role shapes marketing programs and data usage, while developing policies, training, and processes to improve productivity and ROI across AWS Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
• Experience in a B2B environment, high-tech products/services

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AWS Marketing Strategy, Operations, and Enablement to align on annual planning, budget and headcount
• Establish structured collaboration with teams across AWS Marketing, AWS Sales Operations, AWS Sales, and AWS MSOE
• Translate global marketing strategy into clear narratives and measurement framework materials for leaders
• Deliver performance reporting and actionable insights at geo, channel, or segment levels
