Avolve is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, data, and processes powering our marketing engine. You will optimize HubSpot, automate campaigns, and govern data quality while partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to scale demand generation and customer marketing programs.

The ideal candidate is analytical, process-oriented, and technically proficient, with a service-focused mindset to enable the broader organization and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing/related field.
• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including workflows and attribution.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting for leadership.
• Strong understanding of lead management, funnel architecture, and data quality.
• Ability to design scalable marketing processes and automation with AI support.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary owner and administrator of HubSpot.
• Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows and customer journeys.
• Own and optimize lead routing, qualification, and handoff to ADR/BDR/Sales.
• Maintain marketing tech systems and ensure integrations function properly.
• Develop governance standards, naming conventions, documentation, and SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI-enabled automation.
