Job summary

Avolve is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems, data, and processes that power our marketing engine across global markets.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will manage HubSpot administration, marketing automation, lead lifecycle, attribution, and data governance while enabling growth through scalable, AI-assisted workflows and strong cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, information systems, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, revenue operations, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including workflows, lifecycle management, lead scoring, reporting, segmentation, marketing automation, and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner and administrator of HubSpot.
• Design and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and customer journeys.
• Own lead routing, qualification, and handoff to sales teams.
• Maintain marketing tech systems and integrations, ensuring data integrity.
• Develop governance standards, naming conventions, and SOPs.
• Evaluate AI-enabled tools and govern their use in marketing workflows.
• Build dashboards and deliver insights for leadership.
• Train and support teams on HubSpot, Asana, and related tools.
