Avolve Software Group is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own HubSpot, drive automation, and optimize data governance for demand generation, partner marketing, and events. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to scale programs and implement AI-enabled workflows.

The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
4-6 years in marketing operations, automation, or revenue ops.
Hands-on HubSpot administration: workflows, lifecycle management, reporting.
Experience with lead management, funnel, and attribution.
Dashboard/building for leadership and exec stakeholders.
Experience managing marketing tech platforms and integrations (Asana).
Ability to use AI tools responsibly with governance.

Responsabilidades

Own HubSpot as the primary administrator and platform owner.
Design and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and customer journeys.
Own lead routing, qualification, and handoff to ADR/BDR/Sales.
Maintain marketing tech systems and integrations; establish governance standards.
Develop dashboards and regular reporting for leadership.
Set up onboarding, templates, and governance for campaigns and programs.
Train and support teams on HubSpot, lead management, and reporting.
