Job summary

Avolve Software Group is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize marketing systems, data, and processes. You will manage HubSpot, automation workflows, lead lifecycle, and attribution, while enabling AI-powered efficiency across campaigns and events.

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to scale demand generation, partner programs, and product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–6 years in marketing operations, marketing automation, or revenue operations.
• Hands-on HubSpot administration experience.
• Strong lead management and lifecycle understanding.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting for leadership.
• Experience managing marketing technology platforms and integrations.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly with governance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting demand generation, webinars, events, product launches, and partner marketing.
• GovTech/public sector/complex B2B SaaS experience preferred.
• HubSpot certification preferred or to be completed after hire.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot administration and platform ownership.
• Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows and customer journeys.
• Manage lead routing, qualification, and handoff to ADR/BDR/Sales.
• Maintain marketing tech systems and integrations.
• Develop governance standards and best practices.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Customer and Partner Marketing on campaigns.
• Review and deploy assets (emails, workflows, landing pages, forms, lists, reporting).
• Support webinars, events, product launches, and partner marketing operations.
• Ensure campaigns are properly tagged, tracked, and QA'd.
