Job summary

Avolve Software Group is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own HubSpot, marketing automation, data governance, and go-to-market operations. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will optimize systems, workflows, and measurements to scale demand generation and customer programs.

Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Events, and Product Marketing, you will implement AI-enabled tools, build dashboards, ensure data quality, and drive governance to improve efficiency and impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, information systems, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, revenue operations, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot with workflows, lifecycle management, lead scoring, reporting, segmentation, attribution.
• Strong understanding of lead management, funnel architecture, data governance, data quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer HubSpot, workflows, lifecycle management, and lead routing.
• Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows, nurture programs, and lead scoring.
• Support governance standards, data hygiene, segmentation, and compliance.
• Build dashboards for campaign, funnel, and engagement reporting.
• Train and support Sales, ADRs, and BDRs on HubSpot and lead management processes.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Partner Marketing to operationalize campaigns with AI-assisted workflows.
• Manage marketing projects in Asana, improve visibility and execution, document SOPs and processes.
