Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Operations Manager, Marketing and Communications, to strengthen the operational backbone of the function. You will oversee budgets, vendor management, workflow governance, and project execution across brand, communications, creative, digital experience, and related areas.

The role partners with Marketing and Communications leaders to ensure disciplined budgets, vendor oversight, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of operations, project management, budget coordination, vendor management, or marketing and communications experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives. Strong knowledge of operational workflows, project governance, budgeting, procurement, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Workfront, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with procurement, finance, or vendor management systems like Workday, SAP Ariba, NetSuite, or similar.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred.
• Experience within a large, matrixed, or global organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day budget, vendor, and procurement activities for Marketing & Communications.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and vendor coordination plans.
• Coordinate project schedules and deliverables with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor milestones, risks, budget considerations, and resource needs to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for project status, budgets, and governance milestones.
