Acrisure is seeking an Operations Manager for Marketing & Communications to strengthen the function's operating foundation. This role reports to the Director of Operations and supports budgets, procurement, vendor management, and workflow governance across brand, communications, creative, and digital teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of prioritizing competing priorities, coordinating cross-functional work, and driving disciplined execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations, project management, or budget coordination experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with procurement, governance, and budget reporting processes.
• Strong knowledge of project management platforms (PM software).

Responsabilités

• Manage budget planning and vendor relationships, with governance and reporting.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and governance for delivery across teams.
• Maintain dashboards for status, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead intake, workflows, and prioritization across channels (digital, comms, events).
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with HR, Legal, IT, and business partners.
