Job summary

Kirkland & Ellis seeks a Marketing Operations (Ops) Coordinator to support sponsorships and attorney-facing programs within the Firm’s Marketing & Business Development team in New York City.

You will work with cross-functional teams to coordinate deliverables, track budgets and ROI, and ensure timely execution of initiatives that engage clients and strengthen the Firm’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 2–3 years post-graduate experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attorneys, clients, partners and colleagues at all levels.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex activities, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ownership, adaptability to changing priorities, discretion and sound judgment.
• Strong proofreading, writing and data management skills with high accuracy.
• Team-oriented, confidential, cross-functional collaboration and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce, Emburse, Coupa, Lawline, or Powtoon experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sponsorship deliverables, including biographies, assets, materials and event content.
• Manage sponsorship commitments, speaker participation, deadlines and attendee tracking.
• Monitor budgets and document ROI data for post-event analysis.
• Assist with external speaker review processes and GC oversight requirements.
• Support development and delivery of attorney marketing education programs, tools and resources.
• Maintain New York office gift inventory and coordinate branded merchandise procurement.
• Assist with presentations and multimedia content for firm initiatives, including annual partner meetings.
• Maintain Marketing Ops databases and ensure sponsorship activity and ROI data are accurate.
• Collaborate across MBD and contribute to special projects and departmental initiatives.
