Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; 2+ years of legal billing experience preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in billing and policy compliance.
• Organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative communicator with attorneys, clients, and finance teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to solve billing issues clearly and promptly.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Elite 3E and eBillingHub is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the billing cycle for assigned partners and clients with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Drive collections and cash flow by coordinating with attorneys, clients, and finance.
• Resolve complex billing issues, including rate accommodations and write-offs.
• Oversee E-Billing via LEDES files and eBillingHub with timely submissions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss billing strategy and revenue goals.
• Provide prompt, professional support as the main billing contact.
