Job summary

Lease & LaBau, Inc., a prominent New York City law firm, seeks a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to partner with attorneys and senior professionals to advance strategic initiatives.

The role will plan and execute internal and external events, track major firm successes for publicity, assist in pitches and presentations, draft communications and marketing materials, and research opportunities to support business and marketing planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or other related field.
• 2+ years of experience within a law firm or other professional services setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Team player with the ability to seamlessly interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Planning, executing and supporting internal and external events, seminars, and conferences.
• Tracking the firm’s major successes in order to effectively publicize them.
• Contributing to the preparation of pitches and presentations.
• Drafting internal and external communications and marketing materials.
• Research opportunities within business ventures, and provide support to attorneys as related to business and marketing planning and initiatives.
