Goodwill Central Texas is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to serve as Chief of Staff for the Marketing organization and to act as a key liaison among marketing teams, internal stakeholders, and external clients.

The role oversees the marketing project portfolio, ensures timely and on-budget delivery, and drives process improvements, onboarding, and performance planning across the department.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-8+ years of project management and team leadership experience in a marketing or communications setting, agency or in-house.
• Experience with workflow management platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, invoices, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with AI tools, mar tech stack tools strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees the marketing team's project portfolio, ensuring projects are prioritized, staffed, scheduled, resourced, and delivered on time and within budget.
• Serves as a primary liaison between the marketing organization, internal clients, and external stakeholders.
• Develops, documents, implements, and improves marketing processes, policies, and SOPs to increase efficiency and accountability.
• Leads operational onboarding for new marketing team members and coordinates ongoing training.
• Monitors marketing performance against goals, providing reporting and escalation as needed.
• Coordinates annual and quarterly marketing planning, goal setting, and performance reviews.
• Manages marketing budgets and financial operations, including forecasting, invoicing, purchasing, and reconciliation.
